Founded by Mr. Vinod Patil, Sangitam’s story started as a music house in Jalgaon. Recognising the urgent need for dependable rural connectivity, he introduced the region’s first Jalgaon–Pune bus service. What began as a single route soon became a lifeline for students, working professionals, families, and migrants seeking safe , reliable and affordable road travel.

For many years, Sangitam Travels operated on this one route, earning passenger trust through punctual operations, consistent service standards, and superior comfort. In 2016, the company faced a defining challenge that reshaped its future. With the next generation stepping in, the company underwent a major transformation — modernising its fleet, strengthening operations, and expanding rapidly across Maharashtra and beyond.
